Switched at Birth

Given the lower budget of this series, I chose to flush out designs in 3D and present them to the Producers and the Network to ensure we were all on the same page and that what I was proposing was appropriate for the series or the episode and that it met all the criteria of space, budget, and action. I used the SketchUp models to present spaces to the Director of Photography so that we could work together to build in as much lighting as possible while still allowing the DP the freedom to light as needed for the shots. For the most part, all the permanent sets we camera ready with general lighting looks built in for both day and night shoots.
